I've been coming here spending $75/2 weeks and have had 4 packs of pods that were leaking. He replaced the first 1 and thereafter I started opening them in the shop. Once after that it happened and he replaced them. This last time he told me he would be longer replaced leaking packs and I have to go home with pods that I will have to throw out. Unfortunate since this place is convenient for me, but I'm also not going to throw money away. I sympathize for him for swallowing the cost those few times, but he lost a loyal customer today.
