i went to buy a pen (didnt have my id on me, my bad, was visiting home from college), the dude threw a fit. my mom was also with me & he wouldn't sell it to her either. he even said if she came back he wouldn't sell anything to her, even tho i'm 20 lmaoo. someone bought it later that day for me & he sold us a broken pen and charger! i normally wouldn't care that much but obviously he had a problem with us & i'm back at college in green bay so i won't be able to return or exchange anytime soon. i understand that there are rules and regulations but that doesn't excuse the employees rudeness and lack of customer service.
