Bought a $200 brand new bong. Had the manager recommend a $20 titanium banger head. (Used for smoking wax out of bong) Using the recommend parts shattered the neck of the bong on first use. When speaking with the same manger afterwards, I was ment with a very rude attitude and told all sales are final. When I asked for a higher up employer, I was given no information at all. So I guess I'm out hundreds of dollars and the small town shop is out a lot of good customers.
